Need for Achievement

Post by silmcoach »

Following a member's enquiry this web page on Norton publisher's website was sourced. Norton are well established and the new book they review appears to be well written. You can read about the need for achievement and there is also a short questionnaire you can complete online that will give you an immediate score as to your level of need for achievement (nACH).

Get your Need for Achievement (nACH) score.

[Remember all questionnaires are generalisations, an indication only of some type or trait. On this questionnaire there is no information as to validity or reliability. Also not sure if it is the original questionnaire developed by McLelland. Will try and check that out.]
